Fields of application

• For jointing in clean rooms and production rooms with high hygiene requirements, e.g. electronics sector – chip production
• For jointing in production rooms for pharmaceuticals and other medical items
• For jointing in rooms with high hygiene requirements and frequent use of cleaning and disinfecting agents, e.g. operating rooms, medical examination rooms, medical laboratory rooms
• Sealing joints in cold stores
• Suitable for joints in hospitals and food processing plants
• Sealing air conditioning and ventilation systems, e.g. kitchen exhaust air ducts

Product properties

• Excellent metal adhesion – without pre-treatment on many metals
• Low odour – no odour nuisance
• Non-corrosive to unprotected metal surfaces
• Good chemical resistance (e.g. to cleaning and disinfecting agents) – No damage caused by aggressive cleaning and disinfecting agents
• Fungicide treatment – Resistance to mould
• Very good weathering, ageing and UV resistance

• Meets the requirements of the fire behaviour according to EN 13501: Class E
• Tested for use in clean rooms and according to DIN EN ISO 846 by ISEGA Forschungs- und Untersuchungsgesellschaft mbH Aschaffenburg
• Suitable for use in air conditioning systems according to VDI 6022, Sheet 1
• Declaration of no objection – tested for use in food-related areas (ISEGA Forschungs- und Untersuchungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Aschaffenburg)
